Reservations can not be guaranteed unless
accompanied by a
number of credit card or deposit representing 30% of the
total stay (with a minimum of one night per room booked) on
account of the final bill at the end of the stay.
Partial cancellation:
For reduction of last minute stay (stay shortened or delayed
arrival 7 days or less before arrival date originally
planned), the entire stay will be due.
Total
Cancellation:
Refund of deposit for cancellations received at least:
30 days prior to arrival in high season, 21 days before the
arrival in mid season, 14 days before arrival in low season.
No-show:
No refund of deposit in case of no show the hotel on the day
of arrival and duration of the stay will automatically
canceled. |
